Dire, fare, alimentare

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, in Padua, the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVe) – – is organizing the conference “Dire, fare, alimentare” (Say, do, eat), in collaboration with the Italian Focal Point of EFSA of the Ministry of Health. Both organizations are EU FOOD SAFETY PLATFORM Supporting partners.

The conference aims to provide food for thought, addressing both the scientific community and industry professionals as well as the general public, on various aspects that characterize our relationship with food: from health care to risk management, from ecological sustainability to accurate information, from gender perspectives to experiences of solidarity.

The event represents the final stage of an integrated research and communication project on food risks carried out by the IZSVe Communication Laboratory, funded by the Italian Focal Point of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) at the Directorate General of Collegial Health Protection Bodies (DGOCTS) of the Ministry of Health.
