Marta Mesias from ICTAN–CSIC – Instituto de Ciencia y Tecnología de Alimentos y Nutrición (Spain) – as EU FOOD SAFETY PLATFORM individual member – contributes to the EU FOOD SAFETY PLATFORM multi-stakeholder dialogue by sharing a digital card on “Practical tips for food safety ”, helping consumers reduce acrylamide formation at home and make safer, healthier choices.
This contribution is an example of turning scientific evidence and drawing research on acrylamide in everyday foods such as French fries into simple guidance for families across Europe
