The working group guided by Veronica Lattanzio and Martina Loi from CNR to elaborate scientific strategic plans and relevant actions for:
Harmonization of molecular and chemical methods and data analysis.
Translating lab research into marketable solutions
Improving data quality for risk assessment
Participants include Hayrettin Ozer from TUBITAK MAM (Turkey), Antonio Moretti (CNR), Sarah de Saeger (UGENT), and Riccardo Baroncelli, who shared their knowledge and expertise in the field with young food safety researchers.
