VII Congresso Nazionale: “Le micotossine e le tossine vegetali naturali nella filiera agro-alimentare”
The VII National Congress “Mycotoxins and Natural Plant Toxins in the Agro-Food Chain” will be held on June 5-7, 2024, at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità in Rome, Italy. It will focus on risk analysis topics, including dedicated space for risk management and risk assessment, monitoring and exposure assessment, also through biomonitoring studies. Additionally, there will be a session dedicated to analytical methods.
