The first nucleus of 44 Supporting Partners has been involved in the FS4EU project to share the vision of the future Food Safety System in Europe. The network has been enlarged and consolidated through the EU FOOD SAFETY PLATFORM.

Food Safety Authorities, Research institutions and Academia, producers and consumer organizations participated since the project Kick-Off Meeting in 2021.

They played a crucial role in facilitating productive discussions within the EU Food Safety Forum, ensuring that all stakeholders made meaningful contributions. By actively engaging with platform members and collaborating closely with advisors from the European Commission and EFSA, they helped drive impactful participatory processes that shaped the future of food safety policy, while providing insights on emerging needs and perspectives for the EU Food Safety System.
