The guide presents the strategies, tools, and resources needed to create lasting change in food systems, making them more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive. It is structured around five essential building blocks facilitating a successful multi-stakeholder collaboration in Food Systems transformation. These building blocks help to break down the key components of the process, highlighting the necessary steps and their interconnectivity to ensure successful outcomes. By following this structured approach, stakeholders can navigate the complexities of food system transformation more effectively.

In addition to the main content, the guide offers two comprehensive annexes to further support facilitators and participants, specifically: 1) a list of tools offering deeper insights and practical guidance on specific topics, designed to help facilitators and participants in their collaborative efforts; 2) a checklist of assessment questions, serving as a continuous monitoring tool, helping stakeholders evaluate progress and stay aligned with the guide’s recommendations.
