The initiative aims to inspire university students and recent graduates to develop sustainable business ideas, addressing the need for a more resilient and environmentally-friendly agri-food system.
The course adopts a multifaceted approach, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications. It covers various topics, including innovative strategies for producing sustainable food products, economic and environmental considerations, food safety, and the social impact of the agri-food sector. By exploring these key areas, participants will gain insights into transforming cutting-edge research into viable industrial solutions, paving the way for future agri-food entrepreneurs.

The EU Food Safety Platform contribution regards the EU Food Safety System, its context, dynamics, and future perspectives tailored for young innovators. The presentation provides an insightful overview, offering valuable knowledge for those interested in the food safety landscape.
The YouAreIn project is powered by a strong consortium of esteemed partners: Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Poland), DISTAL – UNIBO (Italy), Food Hub (Italy), Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portugal), and EUFIC (Belgium). Its ultimate goal is to cultivate a new generation of business leaders prioritising sustainability as a core element of their ventures, rather than merely a compliance requirement. This initiative will equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to drive the agri-food sector towards a greener and more innovative future.
